Do you mean check the sent emails through unscripted? You can check the email history within the app. Or you mean something else ?
Bhanu Vee like the emails I send from the app when I click send from my unscripted email, there’s no log fo them. They’re not in my sent emails on my email attached to my account. I have no way to look back..
Yess! Like a thread of some sort. I hate having one go through as unscripted then having the rest go through my regular email
This!! with so many clients it's so hard to keep track of who I've sent what. I love the way the unscripted emails look but don't use them because I can't see the history of them sending. I've also heard that some clients don't receive them.

I was just thinking this!! I would love to be able to communicate within the app or at least see the email was sent. I started second guessing if I actually sent an email.
100% agreed. I now make notes for each client on which day I sent a payment reminder manually because I can’t see who I reminded already and who not.
