Questionnaires: Allow more than one questionnaire per shoot

Planned
Requested by Gabe Grieve over 2 years ago

The problem:

Some photographers want to be able to send more than one questionnaire to their clients in preparation for the shoot. For example, a photographer may have a generic questionnaire for shoot preparation, but a separate questionnaire specifically for wedding shoots. This would give them the flexibility to mix and match questionnaire templates for specific photoshoots, instead of needing to create multiple customised individual questionnaires.

Ability to send more than one contract and questionnaire per shoot to MULTIPLE *different* recipient email addresses/phone numbers.

Senior session - I want to send moms questionnaire that is unique from the student questionnaire and the other parent’s questionnaire. I want to be able to have all the responses in one place. As it is I have to send the senior the questionnaire thru unscripted, then send separate emails with google forms to each parent with their own questionnaires, then save those responses in the notes section

Need to be able to pick and choose the email address and different template or questionnaire or guide

Any news on this its quite a tumbleweed platform - surely most users are going to need more than one form

Caryn ScanlanI hope so - unscripted is so so close but without being able to auto populate and automate and to also send more forms I cannot quite jump ship - we are so close
