Self-Scheduling & Availability Calendar for Mini Sessions

Is there an update on timeframe for this? I’m currently using two CRM sites. I need to make a decision this month on which one I’m keeping and the only reason I would be switching is for this feature unfortunately. I love Unscripted but need the mini session booking option ♥

I would love a feature to have people "snag" a spot by esigning an auto-populating contract and paying the retainer on their own, that way I dont have to be apart of the process. This is especially difficult if I have 20 + minis at a time (during the holidays, etc).

I was looking for a way to add a booking link for mini sessions until I realized it’s not offered. Such a bummer.

Any updates of this? Gabe. I'm currently paying for pixie set and this to use the mini functions and its a pain!

I feel full customization would be nice and not preloaded choices. Hope that makes sense.

Since Google has a booking link calendar now. It might be a good idea to have Google directly link with the calendar in Unscripted? Something to think about as this is in progress.

There has been a lot of recent interest in this feature and I just wanted to give everyone an update.

This is still very much on our radar. Full disclosure, we are currently in the middle of some fundamental changes to our business functionality that has been blocking work like this for a long time. Once this new foundation is finished, our priority is to make some critical changes to our invoicing functionality (payment plans, flexible invoice items etc).

We appreciate your patience on this! We know how popular this idea is and it has not gone unnoticed / ignored. Thank you all for your great comments and suggestions! Once we begin the design process on this functionality, we will reach out to everyone for early feedback.

The only reasoning I’m contemplating cancelling! So hard to not have everything in one place

This was supposed to happen a year ago. I really don’t want to have to use another software because I have everything in unscripted.

They said april of last year this was happening within the year. Hopefully it happens this year

YES PLEASE, we need mini session booking to be available and with added features that makes booking easier. the clients should be able to select the link to the mini session being promoted for the specified date and have the full list of blocks of hours to choose from.

yes totally agree with you Gabe on this .would like to be able to advertise these sessions on their booking request page, and allow clients to book and pay for them instantly. This would then set up a normal photoshoot with the predetermined questionnaire, contract, invoice, automated emails ,

will make life a lot easier having everything under one platform provider thanks can't wait to see in future alone with the full website too

I want to easily be able to block off dates when I am unavailable. Not just clients to block them off. It’s time consuming to have to use a booking form, to block off my time off dates. It makes it difficult to even use the booking form

Hi Michelle Panasiti, this is definitely something that is on our radar. We're currently exploring upgrades to the bookings / availability calendar. Those upgrades would be necessary before we can look at implementing instant book sessions. It's difficult to pin this to a specific time but its definitely on our internal roadmap for this year.

I'd like to be able block off days or times so my clients can more easily schedule their sesiion online eliminating the need for back and forth emails or phone calls.

Would love to have clients be able to see when sessions are taken or how many are left one specific date when it comes to doing mini sessions! Like 4/10 slots booked and stuff. ☺️Not sure if you all have that down yet but would love that so my clients aren’t emailing me asking if I am 100% available that day or if it’s actively being taken. Like a live system that updates instantly.
