I really loved having this feature when I was with Pixieset. Helped me make sure the client got their gallery and actually downloaded it without having to log in to check manually.

Yes! Need to be able to know they have GOT the images. Not just revieved them :) A history of messages and notification of this too not just an email.

100% agree!!! This helps me have peace of mind that they truly received the gallery.
