automated email workflows, including payment reminders

I would like there to be a template that you can add to a photography booking, with reminders that you can set as notifications for yourself.

In other words, under the “timeline” category there would already be several pre-created reminders that I can choose to activate on a specific date, based on when the photoshoot takes place for that specific client.

Two weeks before the photoshoot: check in with the client to see if they have any questions.

One day after the photoshoot: send a thank-you text message.

I would like to have a better overview of “what is my next step” with each client — more of a clear checklist or timeline, so I don’t have to go into every individual client profile. For example, for my client Adam, I might need to deliver the photos, while for my client Emma, I need to make sure the invoice has been paid. I also miss having a feature where, once a client has completed their payment, the circle by their name becomes “finished” — as if the process with that client is done. But for me, even after they’ve paid, I want to continue the communication and maintain the client experience. I don’t want to just let go of them after the delivery.

I literally was just getting ready to submit this request! Having the emails sent out automatically at certain periods during the planning process would help me immensely in maintaining the same client experience for everyone as well as take a huge load off my plate.

This would be amazing! I just switched over and that's the only feature I know I will miss. I was able to set my clients up to automatically receive emails at certain points before their wedding.

Yes without having to manually add all these emails. I know you can schedule in unscripted but I would like to be able to create a couples automation template that sends emails automatically based on the session date rather than selecting each email template and choosing a scheduled send manually

Automation is the only thing holding me back + being able to have more than one questionnaire + a proper contact form

I agree! I’d love to be able to also have an email reminder to pay the remaining invoice if it hasn’t been paid yet, the night before the shoot.

This would really set you guys apart from other CRMs. Automatic CRM is a huge deal for busy photographers :)
