We recently launched email automations on the web platform. This was the last major missing feature that was available on mobile only. Moving forward, all new features will be delivered on mobile and web at the same time.

Hi Farron Metz. Thank you. I would love to see it prioritized in the following order if possible. 1. Be able to mark an invoice as paid on the web. 2. emails and automations. 3. Poses and prompts

You can currently mark invoices as paid on the web, and emails and automations are in the works. Poses and prompts are also now available on the website.

PLEASE ADD AUTOMATION for emails and other milestones like guide delivery, questionnaire delivery after date is booked, etc.
I didnt realize its not present in the app. Only using PC so far, theres several things that dont work in PC that works fine in the app. All features need to be streamlined and woek the same in all platforms

Yes! And on the app it needs to clearly state that the email was successfully sent…it’s the worst not knowing if it went through!
Agreed! I’ve had to stop using the unscripted emails because not only was there no history of them being sent, I often had clients that weren’t receiving them. You can’t cc yourself (it doesn’t work consistently) and makes communications unreliable and overall problematic. I hope this gets fixed!

YES! and can we please make them automatizations per template. Let's say templates specifically for weddings or family portraits... the times they should be sent, etc. Not having to separately automate every single session

totally agree with this. for example, I would love to be able to send emails through my laptop but can only do it on the app currently.
i would say making your profile more modular to create a better ui/ux
