Looking for second shooter opportunity

Hi! I am new to the wedding industry side of photography and I am looking for an opportunity to be a second shooter to start getting me in the business. I have been doing photography for years as a hobby and am now wanting to expand into the business side of it. If the opportunity is not available, I would at least love any tips and tricks you can give someone starting out in this field. Thank you!
